| From: komal, Incom Technologies Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Agile Project Manager Exp: 10+ years Location :Remote Visa : Only US Citizen Duties and Responsibilities: Establish, maintain, and manage the program schedule, reflecting WBS, dependencies, key milestones, critical path, risk mitigation, evolving challenges, and customer needs Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives Supervising and motivating project groups in an agile environment. This enables them to ensure that assigned tasks are completed within the given time and ensure that the performance is top-notch. Foster collaboration among project teams, development teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and RTE using Scaled Agile methodology. Provide guidance on Estimating, Story Mapping, Requirements and the concept of Emergent Design. Build a comprehensive Product's Backlog and ensure that it is appropriately scoped and prioritized. Increasing the pace of deliveries, thereby ensuring the team or company does not run short or out of time. Identify, categorize, and proactively manage program risks using a structured approach Lead the technical delivery work and c onduct technical reviews, status meetings, and generate reports Effectively execute the project plan to successfully deliver within budget and on schedule Monitor and report to Program Manager on development progress including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project schedule. Establish weekly meeting to review project status and formulate action items Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related technical discipline is required. A Master's Degree is preferred. PMP or equivalent certification. SAFe, CSM or equivalent certification. General Experience: 10+ years of experience in program or project management A proven track record of successfully implementing projects using Agile methodologies including 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams. Progressive broad-based information systems experience (which could include consulting) with state-of-the-art hardware and software systems, knowledge and implementation experience in new computing architectures and networked computing structures. Experience in project management and execution of multiple enterprise-wide development projects, particularly as a delivery lead on systems development, with working knowledge in all aspects of the systems development life cycle and project life cycle in a cross-functional environment. Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects Experience with Agile tools such as Jira Experience in work planning, monitoring, and reporting Experience working with and managing onsite and remote teams Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills Demonstrate capacity to engage effectively with technical architects and developers Identify gaps and paths for continuous improvement Proven experience managing teams delivering software and technology solutions A diverse background in software and/or systems engineering Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and Project Management tools Keywords: cprogramm information technology |
