In-depth knowledge of healthcare payer operations, including claims processing, member enrollment, billing, and provider management. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA, ACA, and CMS guidelines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as BPMN, UML, and Agile/Scrum frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience with healthcare payer systems and software, such as Facets, QNXT, or similar platforms. Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. Knowledge of EDI transactions and standards (e.g., 837, 835, 270/271).
