Salesforce Health Cloud Proficiency: Expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce Health Cloud. Must understand healthcare and clinical workflows. Data Management: Handle sensitive clinical data securely in compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). Map, transform, and migrate data effectively to Salesforce Health Cloud. Salesforce Data Cloud (Preferred): Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform) for managing patient 360 profiles. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition and address clinical workflow needs. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Health Cloud Certification. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud. Previous experience in healthcare IT or clinical data migration projects.
