At least 8 years of overall Salesforce development experience. 2 years of experience as a technical lead. 3 years of experience in salesforce software implementation is required. Public sector experience is desirable. Candidate must posses a strong understanding of appropriate back-office workflows, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Work closely with Product Managers, developers, system administrators and Business Analysts to build solutions and translate business requirements into technical details. Advise and mentor developers. Deliver on user stories and requirements for integrated solutions across various IT disciplines. Proactive monitoring of applications and services. Manage technology in projects and providing technical guidance or solutions for work completion. Develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. Provide technical guidance or solutions, define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. Develop strategy and road map for delivering innovation and automation while analyzing detailed business requirements and specifications for the application. Maintain relationships with clients while communicating with IT and business management and monitors prompt response and support for technical issues. Lead process improvements, cost reduction efforts, tool development to improve the software development and support processes in a way that reduces the complexity, improves service, and reduces cost.
