The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, clinical data management, and an understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of clinical data into the Salesforce Health Cloud platform, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and data standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the migration of clinical data from an existing platform to Salesforce Health Cloud. Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to support healthcare workflows. Collaborate with clinical teams to map and migrate patient records, clinical notes, and other healthcare data into Salesforce Health Cloud. Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to manage and optimize data flows, ensuring seamless integration between various data sources. Conduct data validation and testing to ensure the successful transfer and integrity of clinical data. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver custom solutions that meet healthcare industry standards. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Health Cloud applications. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare-related data protection regulations. Create documentation, including data mapping, solution designs, and process workflows. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices within Salesforce Health Cloud and Data Cloud. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and migration projects. Salesforce Health Cloud Certification is highly desirable. Proficient in Salesforce configurations such as Custom Objects, Reports and Dashboards, and Apex programming. Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data migration issues. Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer). Knowledge of Salesforce integration technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs). Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) or other healthcare management platforms.
