The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in JavaScript, Node.js, Google Cloud Compute Engine, BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, and Python. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to drive complex projects to successful completion. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel. Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Oversee the development and execution of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables Provide technical guidance and support to the team, leveraging expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, Google Cloud Compute Engine, BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, and Python. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of project objectives. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes. Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Manage project resources, including allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, driving continuous improvement. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and innovation Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback to drive future improvements and successes Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize project performance. Qualifications Possess a strong technical background with expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, Google Cloud Compute Engine, BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, and Python. Demonstrate excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Show proficiency in project management tools and software, ensuring efficient project execution. Display a proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and address project challenges. Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a program management role, with a focus on technical projects.
