HCM(Apps)-Cloud based Applications-HCM-Functional-Workday (Finance) Proven experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems( Workday) within the Finance and Supply Chain domains. Strong understanding of processes in Finance (financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger) and Supply Chain (procurement, inventory management, logistics). Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and change management. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale IT projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
