This role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions while aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design of Salesforce Health Cloud implementations to meet business requirements, including patient engagement, care management, and operational workflows. Define technical strategies and solution roadmaps, ensuring alignment with healthcare objectives and Salesforce best practices. Develop detailed architectural blueprints, including system integrations, data flows, and security frameworks. Partner with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights into Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities and limitations. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate solution designs. Lead technical teams in the configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce Health Cloud and related applications. Ensure all solutions comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and organizational security policies. Supervise integration efforts with EHRs, claims systems, and other third-party applications using tools such as MuleSoft and APIs. Stay current with Salesforce updates, Health Cloud features, and emerging healthcare technology trends. Advocate for the adoption of best practices in Salesforce development, data management, and system performance optimization. Propose innovative solutions to improve patient engagement, streamline workflows, and enhance care delivery. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user manuals. Support training initiatives for business and technical teams on Salesforce Health Cloud functionality and best practices. Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years working with Salesforce Health Cloud. Proven track record as a Solution Architect or similar role in large-scale Salesforce implementations. Certifications: Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional certification. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect are highly desirable. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem components, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integration tools like MuleSoft. Hands-on experience with system integration, API development, and middleware solutions. Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare workflows, terminology, and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, FHIR).
