Position: D365 BC Project Manager Location: Fully Remote(This is a remote position with occasional travel required during critical phases of implementation) Duration: 6-month Contract Visa: Only USC Interview: Video Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead full-cycle D365 BC implementation projects, including planning, execution, and post-go-live support, specifically tailored to the manufacturing and distribution sectors. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project goals and deliverables. Implementation Oversight: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the D365 BC system is configured and integrated to meet client requirements. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively. Timeline and Budget Management: Ensure projects adhere to established timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Team Coordination: Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of project milestones. Change Management: Facilitate user training, adoption, and transition to ensure smooth post-go-live operations. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs. Required Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years managing D365 Business Central/NAV implementations. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the manufacturing and distribution industry processes and best practices. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable. Technical Skills: Familiarity with D365 BC integrations, configurations, and extensions. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel within the US as needed during critical implementation phases (e.g., go-live). Must have experience in manufacturing and distribution industry Preferred Qualifications: Experience with third-party tools and integrations commonly used in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
