Diagnose issues as code-related or configuration-based, and pinpoint the application responsible for bottlenecks. Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve issues. Troubleshoot and debug any production issues. Essential Skills: Experience in building monitoring dashboards in Grafana, Splunk, and cloud monitoring tools. Ability to create dashboards for proactive monitoring. Expertise in automating alerts, notifications, and Daemon processes. Strong RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and communication skills. Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, SNS, SQS, deployment services, CI/CD pipelines, version control tools, and monitoring tools. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, GitLab, Terraform, and CloudFormation. Ensuring the availability, performance, and scalability of websites or applications. Providing solution support and implementing configuration changes across all environments. Deep understanding of distributed systems for troubleshooting and imization. Experience with code/data deployment and release support. Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends.
