Role: Lead Servicenow Developer with Integration & Automation Exp Location: Plano | Dallas, TX(Hybrid) - Locals or nearby States candidates Visa: Only H1B with PPnum Mandatory Job Description: Total IT Experience required 11 Years Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation. Experience in a Lead Developer role, managing teams and guiding development efforts. Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with various third-party applications and systems. Experience in automating business processes using ServiceNow Flow Designer, Orchestration, and other automation tools. Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other integration technologies. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others. Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact ServiceNow projects on time and within scope. Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS, etc.). Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, and third-party system integration). Experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices in IT service management.
