Years of experience in Position: 10+ years of experience in Sr. Project Management and/or program management, with a proven track record of managing large ($20+ Million budget), complex, multi-disciplinary projects Professional Experience: Experience leading high-budget, high-stake complex initiatives in organizations undergoing significant transformation Experience working on an initiative that is part of a larger program Prior experience working with cross-functional teams (software engineering, infrastructure, security, Data, etc.) Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies with the ability to tailor approaches based on project needs Experience working with cross-functional teams (software engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, etc.), ensuring alignment and collaboration across diverse stakeholders Understanding of change management processes, driving transformation initiatives while ensuring successful adoption by all involved parties. Have worked with Change Manager (OCM). Demonstrated experience working on Enterprise Asset Management projects and/or programs.
