If you find yourself comfortable with the requirement please reply back with your updated resume Position: Senior PowerApps Developer & Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Pharmaceuticals Experience Location: Local to PA/NJ/ Hybrid Duration: 12+ Months Pharmaceuticals Job Description: Skills Needed: Dynamics CRM/365 - Power Platform - Power BI- D365 Finance - SharePoint - Power BI Business Objectives and Key Results: Define scope of work. Details may include: Design a system within the MS environment capable of allowing users to query requirements, requirement history, initiate change request or review/approve those change requests. In-Scope: Developing a solution within the enterprise-licensed Microsoft environment, enabling creation of APIs as needed, creation of daily delta upload mechanism from Parent system Out-of-Scope: Requirement gathering sessions, User Training, 3rd-Party licenses Aligns with our company's mandate for a business continuity plan (BCP) enabled for every system as this will be that BCP system Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field 5-10 years developing solutions in a Microsoft environment (PowerApps | Power Automate | Dataverse) 5-10 years creating intuitive and dynamic reports and dashboards in a PowerBI environment Comfortable challenging technical direction if a better option is available at no additional cost Able to translate user requests into functional processes and features in the desired solution Capable of producing evidence (ex. Customer Satisfaction Recommendation) to verify successful project history Proficiency with development tools and environments such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, and other relevant development and collaboration tools. Exceptional Candidates: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, database management, and integration capabilities. Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying applications using Microsoft PowerApps, including both Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps. Strong expertise in creating and managing reports and dashboards using PowerBI, including data sourcing, visualization, and performance optimization. Understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integration with Power Platform. Familiarity with Azure cloud services and their integration with the Power Platform for enhanced scalability and performance. Understanding of data security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the project (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Illustrative Product Component List: High-Level Deliverables & Requirements Database: Relational database in the Dataverse which support greater than 15 million requirements Database: Functionality to connect to the Parent system, pull down the daily changes and upload them into the MS Power Platform solution Users: User roles of Viewer, Requestor, Reviewer and Approver associated with each user Users: Enable additional metadata fields to be captured and recorded in user accounts (ex. associated countries, out of office notices) Users: Allow system access to be governed by our company's Active Directory (i.e. no manual entry for Username & Password) UI: A user interface where users can query against the database (possibly just PowerBI) UI: A user interface where authorized country users can request changes to requirements where they are located UI: A user interface where authorized country users can view all their selected requirements on one screen UI: A user interface where authorized country users can edit all their selected requirements on one screen UI: A user interface where authorized country users can approve all their selected requirements on one screen Routing: Enable a workflow mechanism so that the system knows which users are authorized to approve and which are authorized to edit change requests Reports: Connect PowerBI to Dataverse Reports: General Requirement Query Report (ex. What are the shipping requirements for Country A) Reports: In-Process Reports (ex.
