Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and project management tools like Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Oracle BI/SAP, Visio, and MS Project. Knowledge of network diagrams, circuit ordering, and datacenter/IT operations is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex financial information. Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, especially with technical teams. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role, preferably within an IT environment. Technical Proficiency: Experience with financial software and tools like Excel, Power BI, and Oracle BI/SAP, including advanced Excel skills. Project Management: PMP certification or extensive project management experience, particularly in managing large-scale I&O projects. Preferred Skills: Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills to drive results and build consensus among stakeholders. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
