Need someone who has some technical acumen who ideally has worked in a technical role with a SaaS org Cross functional collaboration experience very important and understanding of a product organization very important The person on this team would initially be focused on product readiness, meaning they would be working the product org and business partners (support services, learning and pre-sales) to make sure them and their customer is ready for the product as they release it.
