The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to analyze and improve business processes, bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders. Experience with the Secondary Mortgage Market is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional specifications. Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to support business decision-making and process improvements. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, systems, and data flows. Work closely with IT teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements and new applications. Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of system performance, identifying areas for improvement. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure efficient use of business systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Experience in the Secondary Mortgage Market is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with mortgage industry processes and terminology. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
