From: shrasti singh, vyzeinc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - ITSM/SN PM Role On-Prem is necessary 5 days a week onsite, potentially 4 days a week for a rockstar Moving to SN implementation, currently using Jira for ticketing purposes Infosys is the MSP overseeing SN implementation PM is needed on Gracos side vendor management, change management 12 Month contract, possibility it could convert SN ITSM module implementation first SN implementation/upgrade expertise is necessary Kickoff in late December/early January Manufacturing experience would be great but not totally necessary SN rollout experience is necessary ITSM/ITIL background would definitely help Phone screen first, in-person interview after that 2 step interview process Experience working with MSP/Vendor would be great JD - Lead oversight and management of the ITSM Implementation Project and Transition to Managed Services Provider leveraging established EPMO processes and standards. Establish detailed plan and project roadmap to implement ServiceNow and automate various workloads associated with ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM. Establish detailed plan and project roadmap for transitioning Service Desk, Compute & Storage and End user computing to the managed services provider Work closely with the Project Manager from MSP to coordinate work Manage stakeholders expectations via regular & timely communication to guide and engage them throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project financials to adhere to established budgets and ensure timely delivery of expected outcomes. Work with all external resources to manage their respective budgets and costs incurred. Establish a process for monitoring SLAs KPIs/OPIs relevant to the contract Manage the work in IT and our stakeholders to ensure critical milestones are achieved on time, on budget and with the highest quality. Develop and execute on a robust Organizational Change Management plan. 3-5 years of project management experience leading large IT Infrastructure projects. Delivering IT Infrastructure projects in a manufacturing industry is a plus. Experience leading ServiceNow implementation required. Experience working with 3rd party Managed Service Providers is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Advanced collaboration, problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex challenges. Strong facilitation skills and experience organizing and leading teams through the project lifecycle.
