Job Title: Triad Configuration Analyst Work Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Responsibilities: Work with product management to understand customer requirements and translate them into specifications. Collaborate with business, system analysts, clients to implement configuration changes Triad platform. Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers. Stay up to date on the latest changes and trends in TRIAD platform and decision management. Testing of changes, support UAT, provide deliverables as required for implementation, and work on deployment & warranty. Provide regular status updates and participate & contribute in meetings as required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Experience in TRIAD Customer manager / FICO TRIAD Strong programming skills in SAP Business Objects, Linux, Tomcat, and any other relevant programming / technologies. Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile. Knowledge of decision management concepts and techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication skills and proactiveness Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with APIs or Microservices. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
