Conflict resolution:  Able to facilitate discussions at the team and value stream level and facilitate alternatives or different approaches

Continual improvement:  Must continually be growing ones craft, learning new tools and techniques to manage oneself and the team

Enthusiastic:  Must be impassioned and high-energy, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with demanding deadlines

Facilitative:  Able to lead by example, stay fair and neutral, and demonstrate value-added principles to agile value streams

Flexible:  Able to shift to the role or tasks needed for each situational transformation; able to get the job done regardless of role definition
