Responsible for peer reviews as well Competency development of Self technical as well as interpersonal skills Overall compliance - No follow-up culture, Timesheet compliance, Training completion, Status reporting etc. Participate in organization activities innovation, knowledge sharing, technology forums Required Skills (Technical Competency): Minimum of 6+ years as a Software Engineer. Design, code and integrate software for an embedded Linux target Customization, deployment and maintenance of Linux distribution on different hardware platforms Expert in C programing with RTOS. Very strong knowledge of Linux, ARM/x86 processor architecture with SOC. Ability to write effective and reusable code according to best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
