TITLE: Network Engineer Location: REMOTE EST Duration: 1-year contract Visa: USC/GC Interview Process: 2 Zoom calls (AVAILABILITY THIS WEEK) BIGGEST MUST-HAVES: experience with Zscaler and/or Zero Trust model & excellent communication skills. About the role : This Network Engineer will be joining the Voice and Network Engineering team supporting the core Enterprise for all networking, wireless and virtual support. This role will actively support the hands-on roll out of the upcoming Zero Trust Model and architecture initiatives across the Networking team as well, so huge opportunity to make a massive impact on new technologies throughout the Digital organization. Job Requirements: 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer (hands-on configuration with routers, switches, VPNs) 3 years working in a Cisco environment Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Hands-on experience with Zscaler and/or Zero Trust framework Extensive experience configuring MPLS or BGP networking protocols Strong background in using Palo Alto Firewalls Enterprise level experience Strong communication skills to coordinate and present directly with business leaders and technical teams Preferred Skills: Experience in AWS cloud environments Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Responsibilities: Monitor, analyze and resolve performance issues throughout the entire networking platform. Install and configure network infrastructure systems, software, and firmware while providing hands on support virtually and wirelessly. Assist in the migration of the Zscaler zero-trust framework model for the organization. Calculate technical requirements for new systems or expansions, sizing, and procurement of network infrastructure components.
