As a bridge between IT and business operations, you will ensure the seamless execution of technology solutions while adapting to the unique demands of a site-based environment. Your expertise in managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading strategic delivery will be essential in driving operational success. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Oversee Programs: Manage multiple project teams across regions to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of technology programs within a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units and IT teams to tailor technology solutions to operational needs, ensuring alignment with site-based realities. Manage Vendor Relationships: Oversee the delivery of services by third-party partners, including managing RFP and RFQ processes with procurement. Drive Strategic Change: Implement innovative strategies that optimize delivery timelines, manage budgets, and mitigate risks. Governance and Oversight: Lead steering committees, provide strategic insights, and ensure that projects remain on track by managing emerging risks and issues. On-the-Ground Support: Offer hands-on leadership when necessary, providing direct guidance to ensure smooth program execution. Required Skills: 5+ years of IT Project Management experience Enterprise Infrastructure focused. Project and Program leadership experience bridging collaborative environments and building trust across diverse teams. Experience working in site-based operations, with a solid understanding of the challenges specific to manufacturing or industrial environments. Highly organized with experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Proven ability to drive results and manage complex IT initiatives. Solid experience with IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure), and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP). Bonus/Soft Skills: PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable. A positive attitude, strong team player mentality, and commitment to contributing to a safe, inclusive, and high-performance workplace.
