Record critical metadata, including software versions and lifecycle dates (e.g., service start/end, support milestones). Support the development and adherence to asset management processes, policies, and standards. Perform quality control to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all records. Track licenses, service agreements, and warranties; notify management of expirations or renewal opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to collect asset data and improve asset visibility. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of IT software and hardware asset management. 5+ years of experience as an IT Asset Analyst or in a related role. Familiarity with CMDB (Configuration Management Database) functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with asset management platforms like Ivanti Neurons or Symantec Altiris.
