| Hello , Please have a look at the position below and let me know if you have a perfect candidate USC ONLY Title: Senior UX Designer 100% interview Nissan Location: Nashville, Tennessee(Onsite) Duration: 12 months Visa: USC Moi: video Only native Citizen Qualifications & Skills: Required: Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus but not required. 8+ years of professional experience in UX design, preferably in the automotive or tech industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful user-centered design solutions. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating your process from research and ideation to final execution. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and other prototyping and wireframing software. Deep knowledge of UX principles and methodologies, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications with a solid understanding of platform-specific guidelines (iOS, Android, web). Strong communication skills , with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities , with the capability to navigate complex challenges and deliver innovative design solutions. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality. Preferred: Experience working on automotive-related products or technology-focused solutions (e.g., connected cars, in-car user interfaces, automotive apps). Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers. Familiarity with design systems and best practices for creating and maintaining scalable, consistent design systems. Experience mentoring or leading design teams , helping junior designers grow in their roles. Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, though not required. Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to gather insights and measure design performance.
