Due to the nature of the work, you must be a US citizen or green card holder to apply and be able to obtain a public trust clearance. Initially this position is 100% on site until the person becomes familiar with the people and the project. After that, it will be 3 days on site and 2 days remote work. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Support existing Java/Eclipse/WebSphere applications and convert to ASP.NET Perform software development, and testing, and provide support in all phases of the software lifecycle. Java Development ASP.NET Development Oracle Database development experience (PL/SQL scripting, SLQ optimization) a bonus Windows experience UNIX/Linux experience ( scripting) a bonus Ability to perform analysis and design. In-depth knowledge of software engineering techniques and concepts. Good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work independently or coordinate as part of a development team with other software engineers.
