Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools. Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, JavaScript, HTML and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions. Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution. Experienced in regional Salesforce rollouts understanding the potential and limitations of Salesforce Able to strategize, plan and execute application release based on the business priorities Able to manage technical team prioritizing the deliveries as per project objectives Should be hands on and should drive best practices on platform development Should have hands on experience of at least 3 plus on lightning Should enforce best design and salesforce config/coding practices with the team Should be proficient in designing and building solution in salesforce technologies in declarative Should be proficient in application data migration, integration, and reporting Good understanding of system and data integration architecture and a strong debugging skill towards integrated application Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall and support methodologies Identify and mitigate solution, design, or technical risk at early stage Perform design reviews and own the technical build for the complete project.
