In this role, the selected individual will be responsible for guiding our clients through the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, a customer-centric approach, and excellent project management skills. Responsibilities: Oracle Fusion Implementation: Lead or support the implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions. System Configuration: Configure Oracle Fusion applications to align with business processes and best practices. Data Migration: Support data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business requirements. Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Training and Support: Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth system adoption. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve system performance issues and suggest continuous improvements. Project Management: Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful project outcomes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 15 +years of experience in supply chain consulting with at least 4 years focused on Oracle Fusion SCM. Technical Skills: Expertise in Oracle Fusion modules: Supply Planning, Demand Management, Procurement, Inventory Management. Strong knowledge of FBDI, ADF, and OTBI reports. Certifications: Oracle Fusion SCM Certification (preferred). Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and client management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and teams.
