RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and report work progress and budget matters to Team. Collaborate with architects, engineers. and other construction specialists on-site Select, schedule, and coordinate subcontractor activities Respond to Internal/External clients Requests for information and coordinate information with IT/Manufacturing/Design/Architectural and production staff Create/maintain and enforce project schedules to ensure that overall timeline and client expectations are met Respond to work delays, emergencies. and other problems on-site and via electronic communication. Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations Conduct on-site project instructions for code Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks on-site Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques Maintain and organize project files. drawings. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status Assist and coordinate project invoicing Support/Prepare construction documents, bid reviews, construction administration. and field observations QUALIFICATIONS: Involved in large IT Deployment project in the last three years with build size of >250k sqft with 100% involvement in Wired/Wireless/Cellular technologies for the site. Familiar with IT Base build/ Low Voltage Projects from installation to maintenance Been part of executive presentations and reports to facilitate project evaluation and process improvement and thereby increasing the decision-making efficiency Expert in creating and tracking risks/processes to the following responsibilities Evaluate vendors are regular intervals and provide data to fine tune processes/execution Should be involved with design team members, including contractors, consultants, fabricators, architects Familiar with Project Tracking Software, BIM Tools.
