Job Description 1

Veeva Vault

Marlborough MA (Onsite day 1)

Contract

We are seeking an experienced Veeva Vault to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting Veeva Vault solutions, including managing integrations with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize Veeva Vault applications, including Veeva QualityDocs, Veeva RIM, and Veeva eTMF modules.

Create custom workflows, objects, document types, security models, and reports.

Manage integrations between Veeva Vault and other systems using Vault API, Vault Loader, and third-party tools.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and other platforms.

Provide support for end-users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training/documentation.

Monitor system performance and resolve system or user errors.

Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, and system documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Lead or assist in Veeva Vault upgrades, new module implementations, and change management processes.

Veeva CRM

Marlborough MA (Onsite day 1)

Contract

We are looking for an experienced Veeva CRM to manage and optimize Veeva CRM systems for our business needs. The role requires expertise in system configuration, user management, and leveraging Veeva CRM to support sales, marketing, and customer relationship management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Configure Veeva CRM for business requirements, including user profiles, page layouts, fields, validation rules, and workflows.

Manage system settings, security roles, and territory alignments.

Support sales and marketing teams by ensuring optimal use of Veeva CRM features like Call Reporting, Account Management, and CLM.

Customize Multichannel CRM functionalities, including email, face-to-face, and remote meetings.

Ensure data integrity by managing integrations with other systems and handling data migration activities using Veeva Data Loader or similar tools.

Perform regular data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment activities.

Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs and sales performance.

Leverage Veeva Nitro for advanced analytics if required.

Provide end-user training and support to drive adoption and resolve issues.

Create user documentation and knowledge base articles.
