This role is vital in ensuring that legitimate users have timely access to the appropriate resources while safeguarding our systems against unauthorized access. The IDM Analyst will develop and maintain processes, procedures, and training related to identity management and access control, as well as perform administrative tasks necessary for managing user identities and access to enterprise resources. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement processes and procedures for Identity Governance and Administration. Configure and manage identity management applications, preferably SailPoint. Perform cybersecurity-related administrative tasks to ensure the secure management of user identities. Provide training and support to stakeholders on identity and access management processes. Collaborate with IT teams to assess and enhance data governance and privacy measures. Stay updated on best practices related to identity management, data privacy, and cybersecurity trends. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the implementation, configuration, and development of Identity Governance and Administration applications (SailPoint preferred). Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant experience in Information Security or GRC activities may be considered as a substitute for a degree. Strong knowledge of IT systems, network protocols, network devices, and operating systems. Familiarity with mobile computing and cloud computing environments. Understanding of data governance and privacy regulations. Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of security and compliance.
