Position: Business Systems Analyst Location: Hybrid((6230 E Stassney Rd. Austin, TX 78744))- 2 days/week onsite Duration: 12+ months Contract Visa: Only USC/GC Interview: 1 round of interview (panel) Job Description: Essential Job Functions: Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into our financial forecast and dashboards. Monitor and report on the performance of projects in TxDOT's Information Technology Project Portfolio. Prepare funds transfers and monitor federal funding reimbursements for eligible IT purchases. Review IT purchase requests and monitor daily activities related to operating and capital expenses. Participate in the monthly reconciliation of TxDOTs IT budget, encumbrances, and expenses. Required Experience and Skills: 4+ years experience as a Financial Analyst performing the following duties: cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. 4+ years experience utilizing financial management systems and processes 4+ years experience utilizing budgeting methods and procedure. 4+ years experience utilizing PowerBI, Tableau, or other data analytics and data visualization tools Thanks and Regards MD.
