He has 2 openings that are 1 year long contracts but as he said, people can me here for years He is looking to add 2 Solution Architects to the team. These are people that work with the business and technical folks. Basically could be field projects, or upgrades, implementation of new technology etc. These people will work with the business to do requirement gathering. Work with the technical team to better understand what would be required to build and do. Build a POC and create the documentation, architecture etc that would be used going forward. They are complete Microsoft shop, NET, C#, SQL , Azure and they are doing a big MS Dynamics implementation. Now you dont need MS Dynamics but this person needs 2 years of Power Platform experience Director knows the rate is not the best but this is government and above his pay grade. He is trying to do the best with what he has Responsibilities: Experience architecting enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions and NET solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other relevant Power Platform components. Develop PowerPlatform solutions including PowerApp, PowerAutomate, and Dataverse. Ensure security best practices are implemented, maintained and audited utilizing the clients governance guidance Understanding what the business does, how it operates and how to best utilize Microsofts available tools in the clients SharePoint & Power Apps environment, to resolve business problems and improve/automate processes, provide rich business logic and workflow capabilities transforming manual business operations into digital, automated processes Assist QA team analysts with migration and maintenance of client documentation to document repositories Set up and monitor automation flows to support data integration, migration, and alert success/failures Create user dashboards and reports using the power BI platform Monitor and validate new agile features as release by Microsoft in C environment Develop training materials and deliver software training as needed Identify and implement opportunities to improve the end-user experience and/or system processes In-depth knowledge of data modeling concepts and relational databases. Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with Microsoft Azure (desirable). Experience with API integration and data connectors including custom connectors Utilizing best practices within Power Platform Community Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical. Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts Implements the DevOps process and build-test-release pipelines.
