They need to provide proof on GC-EAD for verification(in case of GC-EAD) Job Description Extensive experience Architecting & Designing Vulnerability Management solutions The Vulnerability Management Resource is an experienced cybersecurity professional responsible for providing advanced expertise to assure the effective performance of our Vulnerability Management program for both on premise and cloud environments. This position within the Big Data Security organization will provide in depth day to day technical guidance to a team of analyst and engineering resources while executing critical and strategic projects. We are seeking a highly motivated Vulnerability Management Resource, looking for hands-on experience and an opportunity for career growth. This role is in support of multiple accounts and managing vulnerabilities on systems involving Microsoft, Linux, and Virtualized (Azure, AWS, GCP and VMware) services. The well qualified candidate will apply his/her detailed technical expertise to provide guidance and oversight in the monitoring and management of vulnerability identification, remediation and, configuration management activities as part of our vulnerability management program, as well as day to day and developmental guidance for a growing team. The successful candidate must also be capable of providing technical direction and guidance to other security related technical teams within the Big Data Security organization and the broader technology platform teams associated with enterprise technology. The candidate must be capable of evaluating system performance results, performing risk assessments, evaluating performance metrics, and directing complex short term/long term high visibility projects/Reports. Role & Responsibilities Responsible for managing the engineering of the vulnerability and configuration management risk identification and remediation processes. Knowledge of platforms such as Tenable on-prem and Cloud is a must. Additional platforms like Qualys, Rapid7, etc. and a risk analysis tool is a plus. Oversees the build of new elements of the vulnerability management and configuration management technology strategy at various accounts. When provided with an objective to improve performance in their area(s) of technology; develops and implements action plans. Manages the analysis of the performance of installed vulnerability management technologies. Proposes and implements any required changes to improve performance, including identifying and planning for any resulting impacts on other technologies. Supports with API integration with various technologies like ServiceNow, JIRA, etc. Enhances and maintains documents (including runbooks, playbooks, standard operating procedures, etc.) required for vulnerability scan and remediation operations. Provides technical direction and guidance for the problem management process, including assessing and evaluating system anomalies.
