Contract Position-

. Veeva CRM Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing, configuring, and optimizing the Veeva CRM platform to ensure it meets business requirements and enhances customer relationship management processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Veeva CRM functionalities and be able to leverage the platform to support various sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain the Veeva CRM platform to meet business needs and improve CRM workflows.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement solutions within Veeva CRM.

Customize Veeva CRM features and functionalities, including Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, and other Veeva applications.

Support data migration and integration of Veeva CRM with other systems, ensuring smooth data flow and consistency.

Conduct system testing, training, and user support to ensure the effective use of Veeva CRM by end-users.

Monitor Veeva CRM performance and implement improvements to optimize user experience and platform capabilities.

Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing support for Veeva CRM users.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to stay current with Veeva CRM updates and releases.

Document all configurations, processes, and best practices related to Veeva CRM usage.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Veeva CRM.

Strong understanding of Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, and related modules.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Knowledge of Veeva CRM data architecture and integration with other business applications.

Experience with data migration, system integrations, and customizations within the Veeva platform.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
