Key Responsibilities: Provide system expertise and support for the following wire applications: MTS and FX Sentry systems. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on all related systems and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve system issues and provide clear recommendations. Conduct testing on new system changes and updates to ensure they meet business needs and requirements. Document issues, requirements, test cases, and solutions for system improvements. Work with the team to ensure any issues related to system functionality are promptly addressed. Support the implementation of new system functionalities and provide training as needed to end users. Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders to ensure efficient problem-solving. Handle incident management and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including user manuals and training guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and system performance. Required Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on wire applications, ACH, and payments systems. Expertise in one or more of the following systems: MTS (Money Transfer System) and/or FX Sentry. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams. Proven ability to document requirements, perform testing, and provide solutions for system-related issues. Experience in incident management and application testing. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Experience with JIRA for tracking test cases and issues is nice to have, but not required.
