The successful candidate will work closely with the AIOps Platform leadership to develop and deliver custom reports that measure the adoption and effectiveness of our Event Management pipeline and Self-Healing solutions. This role is critical in providing insights that drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement within our AIOps initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with AIOps Platform leadership to understand reporting requirements and objectives. Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track the adoption and performance of the Event Management pipeline and Self-Healing solutions. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and strategy. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in AIOps and data analytics. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience in a reporting or data analyst role, preferably within an AIOps or IT operations environment. Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner. Experience with Event Management and Self-Healing solutions is a plus. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of AIOps platforms and technologies. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
