Job Title: Tester Location: Jacksonville, FL (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities: 1. At least 8+ years of hands on experience in functional / UAT testing 2. Proficient in various testing techniques like black-box, white-box, boundary value, business functional verification. 3. Ability to create comprehensive and well-structured test cases and test scripts with clear test steps and expected outcomes based on business functionalities 4. Execute Test scripts for systems according to business functionality and requirements manually. Automation test execution is a bonus. 5. Familiarity with defect tracking tools and processes to effectively report and manage defects / issues. 6. Knowledge in Agile methodologies 7. Domain knowledge of Commercial Lending and/or testing Salesforce systems is a bonus 8. Solid analytical and research skills, and use of good judgment in decision making and sense of urgency for high priority issues 9. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills 10. Experience authoring professional documentation and incorporating feedback 11. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively and efficiently 12. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and effectively convey testing results.
