Should have experience with Anaplan Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or Actuarial Projects. Candidate should have strong Program management skills. Experience in Finance, actuarial, risk management, and operations and expertise to produce metrics. Experience on GAAP, PBR, and risk reporting Knowledge Financial and regulatory reporting Ability to do FITGAP analysis and lead workshops with Business and Process Architect. Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem. An ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to meet the needs of the business Excellent communication and team handling skills. Should be able drive large project and bring together all stake holders on same platform. To summarize business requirement from communication with business users Ability to evaluate technical approach and discuss pros and cons of each to arrive at a design level. Driven and motivated. Quick learner. Emotional intelligence and maturity beyond years, to work across stake holders within and outside the organization. Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. Strong stakeholder management skills.
