Role: Workday Test Engineer (K6 Experience) Location: Atlanta, GA( Onsite hybrid) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Must have: Workday , K6 Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Student, etc.). 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business stakeholders. 3. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using K6 (Load Impact) and other testing tools. 4. Perform load testing, stress testing, and performance testing to ensure Workday system scalability and reliability. 5. Identify, report, and track defects; collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. 6. Develop and maintain test data and test environments. 7. Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. 8. Stay up-to-date with Workday releases, updates, and best practices. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with Workday or similar HR/Financial systems. 3. Proven experience with K6 (Load Impact) and other automated testing tools. 4. Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including black box, white box, and gray box testing. 5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 6. Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). 7. Familiarity with Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Student, etc.) and their integration with other systems. Nice to Have: 1. Workday certification (e.g., Workday Certified Integration Developer). 2. Experience with other testing tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or JMeter. 3. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure. 4.
