JMHs existing HCM security profiles were designed in 2012 and are very locked down to IT. The ask is to assess the existing profiles created and identify potential functionalities that could be safely turned over to the customer to handle themselves. Obviously this would then require modifications to operational profiles. This effort is for the assessment and recommendations including any needed/recommended training. It is imperative the resource understand how a change in one area would impact other areas of workday and inter app integrations. This effort does not include the execution at present.
