Respond to and resolve production incidents in a timely manner. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and debug Java applications to identify root causes of production issues. Deployment and Maintenance: Collaborate with development teams to deploy updates, patches, and hotfixes. Ensure proper versioning and rollback procedures are in place. Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of incidents, resolutions, and application changes. Document known issues and their resolutions for future reference. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, and QA, to ensure seamless application performance. Provide feedback to the development team to improve application reliability. Compliance: Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in Java programming, including frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, or Java EE. Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle). Familiarity with web servers and application servers (e.g., Tomcat, WebLogic). Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, ) for automation. Monitoring and Tools: Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Nagios, AppDynamics). Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
