Customize dashboards to meet specific business requirements. Analyze raw data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights. Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability. Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Provide training and support to end-users on interpreting and using dashboards effectively. Integrate Splunk dashboards with other tools and platforms as required. Set up and maintain alerts for critical business processes. Implement scheduled reports and real-time monitoring dashboards. Strong expertise in Splunk Enterprise, including creating dashboards, reports, and data models. Proficiency in writing and optimizing Splunk SPL (Search Processing Language) queries. Experience with data ingestion and parsing in Splunk. Familiarity with data visualization best practices. Understanding of IT infrastructure, logs, and system monitoring. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, ) for customizations and integrations. Familiarity with tools like REST API for Splunk integration. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) or IT Service Intelligence (ITSI). Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Splunk Cloud.
