This role requires expertise in process control, automation, instrumentation, and troubleshooting to ensure the efficient, compliant, and safe production of pharmaceutical products. Required Skills: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field (masters degree preferred). 12-15 years automation engineering experience within a regulated space Experience leading and coordinating automation projects from conception through execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate in process improvement efforts using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior engineers and technicians.
