Must have experience with writing detailed project plans, project documents, BRD (business requirement documents) and FRD (functional requirement documents) Candidate must be hands-on with data including complex sql for data analysis. So, someone coming from engineering or computer or math/physics background. Someone with Financial Engineering/Math degree or CFA (certified financial analyst certification) or FRM (financial risk management certification) may match SENIOR Business Analyst/Project Manager for Financial Controls or Financial Reconciliation Work schedule: Hybrid 4 days a week onsite. Candidate must have - RECRUITERS MUST RUN CHECKLIST ON KEYWORDS UNDERLINED 7+ years of experience as senior Business Analyst / Project Manager Solid understanding and experience of financial reconciliations, including but not limited to trade/positions reconciliations, Cash reconciliations. Preferred - Prior experience on Designing, configuring & automation of Financial Reports / Reconciliations , using industry accepted tools, like PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, Intellimatch, Proactive , etc. Experience/knowledge of different financial instruments , including FI, Equities, ETDs & OTC derivatives. Solid understanding of life cycle of Financial trades, including FI, EQ, Derivatives, FX. Knowledge of trades clearing and settlement. Understanding of Swift messages - payments and Cash management messages, Securities Market. Knowledge of data and files transmission, including MQ, NDM, sftp. Experience in Data analysis , including creating complex SQL queries to extract data from DB . Experience in MySQL, PLSQL, Oracle. Must be able to concurrently work on multiple complex projects, involving multiple business and IT teams, located across the globe, to identify requirements, and perform gap analysis. Able to create variety of project documents project plans, FRD/BRD, process flows etc. Able to manage multiple projects, end to end. Track and report progress of multiple projects. Experience in Jira, confluence, Service Now, MS office. Prior experience in Banking / Financial industry. Able to Identify, document and remediate gaps in processes and ensure the alignment of IT department with internal guidelines and industry best practices. Must have worked with different business teams, including Finance, OPS, Compliance etc. Skills: Experience in Jira, confluence, Service Now, MS office .
