Job Description - Title - Senior Supply Chain Planning Consultant Location - Los Angeles, California Visa - CITIZEN,GREEN CARD,GC EAD Senior Supply Chain Planning Consultant; with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Supply Chain and at least 4 years of experience with Oracle Fusion SCM applications. In this role, the selected individual will be responsible for guiding our clients through the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, a customer-centric approach, and excellent project management skills. Responsibilities: Oracle Fusion Implementation: Lead or support the implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions. System Configuration: Configure Oracle Fusion applications to align with business processes and best practices. Data Migration: Support data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business requirements. Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Training and Support: Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth system adoption. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve system performance issues and suggest continuous improvements. Project Management: Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful project outcomes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 15 +years of experience in supply chain consulting with at least 4 years focused on Oracle Fusion SCM. Technical Skills: Expertise in Oracle Fusion modules: Supply Planning, Demand Management, Procurement, Inventory Management. Strong knowledge of FBDI, ADF, and OTBI reports. Certifications: Oracle Fusion SCM Certification (preferred). Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and client management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and teams.
