At least 8+ years of hands on experience in functional / UAT testing 2. Proficient in various testing techniques like black-box, white-box, boundary value, business functional verification. 3. Ability to create comprehensive and well-structured test cases and test scripts with clear test steps and expected outcomes based on business functionalities 4. Execute Test scripts for systems according to business functionality and requirements manually. Automation test execution is a bonus. 5. Familiarity with defect tracking tools and processes to effectively report and manage defects / issues.6. Knowledge in Agile methodologies7. Domain knowledge of Commercial Lending and/or testing Salesforce systems is a bonus8. Solid analytical and research skills, and use of good judgment in decision making and sense of urgency for high priority issues9. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills10. Experience authoring professional documentation and incorporating feedback11. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively and efficiently12. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and effectively convey testing results. For IVR Testing: Hands on experience testing Interactive Voice response system and tool knowledge to test IVR. Experience in Genesys is preferred Working experience in voice/dtmf, routing, inbound/outbound Experience verifying the logic of the Call Flow and requirementsJD1. Review and analyze business functionality specifications.2. Develop detailed functional test plans and test cases based on requirements.3. Create manual test scripts.4. Execute test cases and analyze results to identify defects.5. Executing automation test cases in long term6. Document test proof and update test results with pass/fail in test management tool7. Document and report defects to the development team8. Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and retest the software.9. Participate in sprint discussions and meetings10. Ensure that the software adheres to quality standards and follows best practices.11. Participate in team meetings to provide feedback on the software and testing process.
