Job Title: ServiceNow TSOM (Telecommunications Service Operations Management) Senior Developer/Architect Location: Tampa, FL (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities: 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and architecture. 3+ years specifically focused on ServiceNow TSOM and ITOM modules. Proven expertise in Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.). Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and integration methods. Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration with ServiceNow. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
