KEYS are COMMUNICATION AND BUSINESS DATA FLOW COMBINATION OF BASIC DATA SKILLS ( SQL Server/Transact SQLExcel Macros/VBA, Azure Synapse WorkSpace, ETL Pipeline, DataGateway, and anyBI reporting software (Tableau, Power BI, SAS, Python, etc.) skills Workclosely with customers, vendors, business analysts and application developmentproject teams to resolve information flow and content issues. When data relatedsystem problems occur, they perform root-cause analysis and recommend orexecute corrective action. Work Complexity - Works on multiple projects/issues/enhancements. - Works on complex enterprise-wideprojects/issues/enhancements. Engagement Description SUMMARY: The Analyst is responsible for learning,understanding, and executing the delivery of work for our internal and externalcustomers. RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS: Executing and monitoring production data and dataexchange related processes timely and conscientiously. Effectively supports projects/teams to producedesired results. Responsible for communication of results and/orissues per team standards. Assists with implementing standard policies andprocedures for providing routine service. Assures that corporate compliance iscommunicated, implemented, and monitored on an ongoing basis. Initiates troubleshooting and/or appropriatenotification of issues timely. Monitors status of normal production processes aswell as progress of issue resolutions Shifts focus between clients and/or processesthroughout the day to meet production needs. Balances incoming requests with previouslyscheduled work. Assists personnel, both internal and external, byanswering questions and supplying information Develops and maintains an effective workingrelationship with internal and external customers. Top 3 Required Skills/Experience Strong analytical, planning, problem solving,verbal, and written skills to communicate complex ideas. Intermediate SQL Server/Transact SQL Excel Macros/VBA,Azure Synapse WorkSpace, ETL Pipeline, DataGateway, and any BI reportingsoftware (Tableau, Power BI, SAS, Python, etc.) skills. Ability to understand complex data structures and businessrule implementations Required Skills/Experience The rest of therequired skills/experience. Can deliver within a macromanagement environment Strong knowledge and use of existing softwarepackages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
