Starting 2025, candidates would be expected to go onsite for up to 2-3 days a week in Washington, DC currently in Union station, by midyear will be closer to the White House. CareFirst is looking for a Full Stack Developer to support the FEP Bridge claims processing platform. There are already 24 people in this specific team. The percentage of backend-front end is dependent on need, but candidate must be comfortable doing both. Their existing stack consists of Angular for the front-end and Java Spring boot for the backend. 4+ years of experience with Angular version 14 and newer (Angular 16 preferred) 4+ years of experience in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 5+ years experience in application development using Java/JEE and related technologies (Spring Framework) Bachelors degree Experience in Agile development environment Angular 16+ experience. AWS development background Backend development of the Oracle and Snowflake cloud databases.
