Duration: 6 months Visa: Only USC Interview: Video Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Application Support Lead to for our client Tax Innovation team and drive support for critical business applications. This role requires a strong understanding of business functions, technology support, and troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex, strategic challenges. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end support for business-critical applications, ensuring continuity of service. Enforce and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Utilize ITIL service management principles to manage and resolve incidents, requests, and problem tickets. Lead the application support team in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Create and troubleshoot SQL queries, manage database interactions, and apply Power scripting. Leverage expertise in ServiceNow for ticket management, reporting, and analysis. Manage application support within Microsoft Azure (PaaS and IaaS). Apply knowledge of containerized applications and modern identity principles. Requirements: Minimum 10 years in IT with progressive leadership responsibilities. Proficiency in SQL and Power. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure environments. Familiarity with container architecture, including Docker and Kubernetes. Solid understanding of identity management and security protocols. Extensive ITIL ticket management experience. ServiceNow experience for managing support tickets. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
